Desperate Gota while dodging FCID leaves no stone unturned to avert arrest: Seeks support of Rajapakse lickspittle judges

(Lanka-e-News -12.May.2015, 10.20PM) The high and mighty Gotabaya Rajapakse who was parading as the second in command in the Rajapakse regime, and was accused as a Godfather of a Rajapakse mafia is leaving no stone unturned to avert his imminent arrest. His latest ploy is to influence the judges who were appointed by the Rajapakse regime.

Of the countless instances of corruption  and murders of his ,the oldest is the MIG jet transaction. When the FCID (financial crimes investigation division)  officers informed him that they are  coming to record a statement of his pertaining to the MIG transaction, he after asking time for it, got cold feet and panic stricken so much so that yesterday itself (11) he filed a fundamental rights  petition in the Supreme court (SC)

In his petition he claimed that the FCID is illegally constituted , and therefore to issue an order to halt his arrest. While this petition is to be heard tomorrow (13) , he was summoned to the FCID again today (12) . However today he asked for another date.  Of course ,this is because he is hoping against hope that the SC will give him some  relief tomorrow.

It is worthy of note that judges  such as Eva Wanasundara , Priyantha Jayawardena  and Ekanayake the stooges of the Rajapakses who were appointed during the Rajapakse regime are still continuing as lickspittles and lackeys shamelessly of the Rajapakses. Priyantha Jayawardena who was appointed to the SC became  notorious because of his  disqualifications for that appointment, and he was Basil Rajapakse’s lawyer. It is Gotabaya’s fervent hope in his utter desperation to have his FR petition heard by these judges, and get a judgment delivered in his favor exploiting their  partiality towards him.

Meanwhile, Avant Garde chief ,ex major Nissanka and Basnayake Nilame Nilanga Dela Bandara of Dalada Maligawa  were also summoned to the FCID today for questioning
