Speaker Chamal turns strip teaser to dance with devils-transgresses parliamentary laws to rescue corrupt brothers

(Lanka-e-News -20.April.2015, 11.55PM) The present dire situation in the country  has necessitated  us to issue a forewarning to  the people of Sri Lanka who show deference to laws and democracy that the speaker of parliament , Chamal Rajapakse , the eldest  of the corrupt Rajapakse villainous brothers , and holding a most responsible post which makes him answerable to the people , is acting brazenly and blatantly in violation of the laws to save his corrupt brothers from the criminal charges they are facing under the laws.

The commission investigating allegations of bribery and corruption had duly summoned ex president Mahinda Rajapakse before it on the 24 th in connection with a complaint  filed against him that the appointment of Tissa Attanayake as a minister during the run up to elections after the latter crossed over to his government is a bribe . The ex defense secretary Gotabaya Rajapakse has also been summoned before the same commission on the 22 nd.

It is a pity , when every citizen of the country should compulsorily abide by the laws ,a group of scoundrels alias parliamentary representatives this morning staged a sit in protest within parliament against laws being duly enforced in regard to  ex president and ex defense secretary who are facing most grave charges of corruption and illegal arms deals. The speaker  amidst the protests adjourned parliament until the 21 st .

Even during the night this idler  group of  moronic MPs who have nothing better to do than  aiding and abetting the corrupt criminal politicos were  continuing their protest in parliament, and when  they forwarded a letter signed by them to the speaker that the summoning of the ex president before the Bribery Commission is incorrect , the speaker responding to this letter , issued a directive to the president of the Bribery commission and its Directress  general summoning them to the parliament

Only the president of the commission Balapatabendi met the speaker in   parliament as the Directress General is out of the Island .Following a discussion between the speaker and the president of the commission , the speaker informed the protesting MP group , he would make a declaration in this regard tomorrow.

Speaker standing by his brothers who have no parliamentary privileges is unlawful…
It is very  obvious and abundantly clear that the speaker by summoning the president of the Bribery commission to parliament has acted most partially and unlawfully on behalf of his brothers .

Currently , the ex president is an ordinary citizen , and no special privileges attach to him therefore. The speaker has the power to act only where there is a breach of  parliamentary privilege. The ex president is only a younger brother of his , and not an M.P. brother . In the circumstances , the speaker Chamal Rajapakse had flagrantly trespassed on the laws and his rights by summoning the president of the bribery commission on account of his brother ,who is right now  just a citizen having  no parliamentary privileges , and a suspect based on the corruption charges filed against him.

Gotabaya too is an ordinary citizen. Therefore the speaker cannot act like a strip teaser assuming that the parliament is a stage for his strip tease performance  casting aside the laws . He must understand he has absolutely no right to summon the president of the bribery commission to parliament just because his villainous  brothers   are the suspects facing  outrageous corruption charges.

Speaker has no powers to resist interrogation of Basil by police.
At the same time the vanquished  rejected so called  ‘ patriotic’ MPs have claimed that the order given by the court to arrest Basil Rajapakse at the airport when he arrives on the 21 st , and to interrogate him in connection with the embezzlement of public funds amounting to a staggering  Rs. 6500 million !   by the special financial crimes investigation division (FCID) is flawed . They have requested the speaker to intervene on the ground that  if an M.P is to be interrogated that should be done within parliament .

Sadly , these cardboard patriotic rats  do not seem to be having even Kindergarten class knowledge  of parliamentary laws and privileges . This request to the speaker is tantamount  to forcing the speaker to act in excess of his powers. Speaker  is not vested with powers to override the verdict of a judge . Of course the law permits that the speaker shall be informed when an M.P. is being questioned by the police , but certainly no law stipulates that  the interrogation shall be done within  parliament . (Thank god , no law permits such interrogation  , for in the backdrop of  the parliament having  been turned into a den of thieves , drug and arms  dealers  by the chieftains of the previous regime , all its crooked MPs would have run amok taking advantage of those laws )

Moreover , Basil is also going to be questioned by the police on a court order , and the  speaker has no power whatsoever to interfere with a court order . In fact this is specially an issue which is outside  the ambit of parliamentary privileges . It is significant to note that what Basil has indulged in is a misappropriation of public funds amounting to a staggering Rs. 6500 million ! –being public funds  he is answerable to the parliament . There is definitely no law that permits an M.P . to swindle public funds under cover of parliamentary privilege, neither can the speaker create special privileges because that M.P . is his younger brother. In fact because the last regime tried  to create that trend , all the crooks and criminals , not to mention drug lords , ethanol and  arms dealers sought parliamentary representation , for they realized that was their  best refuge and safe haven under the Rajapakses (Alibaba and his den of countless thieves).

Speaker has no powers to act on behalf of devil dancing satanic MPs after adjourning parliament …….
The speaker had also acted in violation of the parliamentary laws by supporting the MPs who are staying put in parliament , and continuing to remain there . The speaker has supplied dinner for these MPs, it is learnt. For the first time in the parliamentary history short eats and tea  were served in the lobby !

There is no law that allows the MPs to stay back in parliament to dance and prance after the speaker has adjourned it .If the vanquished unruly MPs are refusing to leave , the speaker has the power to order the police to evict them along with the assistance of sergeant at arms , in which case these hooliganism prone MPs could have been physically carried out from the parliament gallery . While these options were available to the speaker , the latter instead conducted himself in a manner that violated parliamentary  regulations ,destroyed the dignity of the parliament and insulted its decorum . Even a strip teaser would not  strip that easily and disgracefully as this speaker did when stripping  himself of his self dignity and self honor despite holding a most lofty parliamentary position.

It is now very evident that speaker Chamal Rajapakse cast in the same mould as his corrupt and crooked brothers is toiling hard to protect and rescue them unlawfully , and this perfidious attitude of his is going to continue . It is therefore for the people who succeeded in throwing out the corrupt , murderous and most evil regime on the 8 th of January to ensure that hard fought victory is not allowed to be robbed again by the robbers who robbed the country and reduced it to ground level economically   , no matter what amount of abominable treacheries  and trickeries are resorted to by the discarded , defeated, demoralized  Rajapakses  who are by now considered as nothing more than  moth eaten rejects.
