(Lanka-e-News -06.Nov.2016, 8.40 PM) When the indictment sheet was served by the Special Presidential Commission on former minister of housing Wimal Weerawansa based on charges filed against him in respect of a fraud of a whopping Rs. 7,700,000,00 committed through distributing houses and shops to his relatives , the ex minister had disdainfully thrown the charge sheet to the ground which is tantamount to committing contempt of court.
This most odious incident involving a present responsible member of parliament who should set an example in lawful behavior to the citizens took place on the 4 th. The presidential commission possessed of powers of the courts issued notice on him to appear before the commission yesterday , and when the charge sheet was handed over to him , Weerawansa threw the charge sheet to the ground unnoticed by the judges in front of him.
This is an action that deserves punishment based on charges of committing grave contempt of court ,however since the judges did not notice this , it had been suppressed.
Following this reprehensible action of Weerawansa, when the charges were read out to him who is the accused, he was dumbfounded and his lips went evidently dry. He was so unnerved and distraught that he had called for drinking water twice. The judges had also to explain to him the punishment in store for him if he is found guilty

When he asked for water, he should have been given sulphuric acid , and that is what he deserves. The stupid and illiterate people of Sri Lanka have elected 3rd rate idiotic thug as their representative to the parliament. He is unable to satisfy his wife, who is looking for young studs.

Absolutely no need to worry about the charge sheet.This indvidiual does not run the risk of getting a prison sentence, a thonduwa or peeing on his pants for consuming an excess quanity of water.He can always resort to entering a hospital because of grave danger to his health.After that he can await to be realeased on a low value bail.In the worst case scenario, this moda weeraya can always resort to the hunger strike gunduwa to get the entire nation's sympathy.
