(Lanka-e-News -27.Aug.2016, 8.15PM) An investigation has been commenced by the media ministry into how it was rendered possible to invite Major General Shavendra Silva the most notorious army officer who was responsible for tarnishing the image of the country internationally , to the ‘Nuga Sevana’ live program of the Rupavahini Corporation , and providing him with the opportunity to ‘distribute’ oil . This investigation was launched following the Lanka e news exposure of the ‘Medamulana operation’ behind this.
The pro MaRa lackeys and lickspittles in the Rupavahini are of course blabbering and discussing in the dark corridors of Rupavahini that since it is the president who gave the approval , it serves no point opposing it and this investigation is of no use.
However based on the investigations conducted into this by the pro good governance groups , it has come to light the administrators of the Institution including the Director General ( programs) , Nugasevana division chief , Director (sports) and marketing manager are absolutely responsible in this connection. The chairman too is therefore indirectly answerable. This is solely because Rupavahini Corporation is not being managed duly , and has consequently descended to the level of a deplorable Institution sans proper administration.
Though the trade unions have been urging a solution to this rot which set in about a year ago, mainly because of the heedlessness of the president , Prime Minister and media Minister this latest abominable situation has resulted .
The aforementioned group ,the politically appointed officials who have taken sedatives during the day , and officials of the media ministry who either have no backbones or have got them broken are duty bound to explain how they also played into the hands of the traitors and villains .
Following the probe conducted internally at the Corporation it has been revealed the pro MaRa unsuccessful marketers in the marketing division , and Nugasevana Director Dharshana Piyarathne were the main architects of this disgraceful and detestable episode , and behind this conspiracy.
In any case , the media ministry secretary must be thanked for taking prompt action and initiating a probe following Lanka e news revelation.
Meanwhile, though the CSN bus that was released to the Rupavahini by the court today , was brought back with great delight and pride , the usable equipments within it have all been removed , according to the Rupavahini engineering division. This vehicle used for telecasting had been handed over to the court , only after all the valuable and latest equipments within it were robbed . In other words like how during the nefarious decade of the corrupt Rajapakses when every public asset was robbed and every public fund was pilfered with absolute impunity , under the government of good governance too signs and signals are emerging rogues and rascals are not only having their way but also their say.
