A soldier detailed to wear his socks, and another to put on his shoes
(Lanka-e-News -08.Aug.2016, 11.20PM) Nandasena Gotabaya Rajapakse, the ex Defense secretary of Sri Lanka during the nefarious decade of the Rajapakses , who is an American citizen has copied the habit of the citizens of America and Europe of taking their dogs for a walk in the evenings . However , instead of the dog , he had got accustomed to going for a walk with a calf elephant which was captured from the jungle after killing its mother , his body guard revealed to Lanka e news via a confession .
Gotabaya’s bodyguard who was a member of the forces, during the tail end of the Rajapakse regime fled the country in fear for his life .Because Gotabaya suspected that his body guard was passing information about his lifestyle to the foreign media , the body guard had to flee the country in fear for his life and on security grounds.
The bodyguard currently living abroad , who phoned Lanka e news , had an unbelievable amount of information to disclose. Lanka e news is expecting to reveal the details piece meal to our valuable viewers.
A calf elephant that was captured illegally from the jungle after killing its mother by ‘Ali Roshan’ was handed over to Gotabaya, and ten Naval officers had been detailed to look after it.
The elephant calf was reared in a section of his official residence ( now official residence of Rajitha Senaratne) . The baby elephant was never taken to a stream or river for bathing , and that was done at the residence using the water hose that was meant to wash the vehicle.
Gotabaya was accustomed to going for a walk in the evenings with the baby elephant. Gotabaya who closed the rear road leading to his official residence , along with the Navy ‘elephant mahout force,’ had been going for walks with the calf elephant most cautiously after furtively looking in all directions.
According to the bodyguard’s disclosures , there were two members of the forces on duty , one of them to put on the pair of socks for Gotabaya , and the other officer to put on his shoes and tie the lace. A similar deployment of members of the forces was exposed earlier on even in regard to Basil Rajapakse. The latter had army soldiers (male and female) to tie his sarong and belt , as well as to fasten the pin on his wife’s blouse.
It is well to recall Gotabaya who was in the army fled the country in fear of the war at the time he was most needed by the motherland as a member of the forces , and never ever thought of his motherland until his brother Mahinda Rajapakse became the president.
After doing a white collar job in the States for a monthly salary , he returned to the country when his brother took over the reins as president of the country. Thereafter , owing to the overriding inferiority complex trait in him , he tried to parade as a great ‘King’ most arrogantly.
Prior to assuming duties as defense secretary , the Sri Lankans in America called him as ‘ Moda Gota’ (foolish Gota). Hereunder is an interesting story which reveals how this ‘buffalo Gota’ earned that well deserved epithet.
Gotabaya who fled to America, had tried to cross the road in front of the bus like in Sri Lanka after alighting from it. In America nobody crosses the road in front of a bus. Because no one in America would think anybody (except a fool like Gotabaya ) will risk his/her life that foolishly . Gotabaya who tried to cross collided with the bus when the driver started it .Gotabaya who was thrown off to the pavement injured his hand. Knowing well the idiocy and imbecility of Moda Gotabaya , somebody has told Gotabaya that he can claim a huge compensation on account of his injury in order to make a fool of him.
Moronic Gotabaya who could not even understand the humor in their requests , has filed legal action and claimed compensation from the bus Co. hoping that he could grab a huge sum in keeping with his avarice that characterizes the entire Rajapakse family.
On the first day of the trial , the judge had furiously berated Gotabaya while asking him whether he does not know crossing the road in front of a bus is an offence , and dismissed the case.
Thereafter the Sinhalese population in America never forgot to call him ‘Moda Gotha’ until Gotabaya returned to SL and became the defense secretary .
The former bodyguard of Gotabaya said , the latter taking the elephant calf for a walk like a dog in the evenings was yet another demonstration of buffoon Gotabaya’s feeble mindedness and eccentricity.

Moda-Goatha or not, I suspect he has sustained brain injuries after being thrown onto the concrete pavement.Now after being pushed off the pedestal of power, who is he going to sue? The elephant-party of bolanda-Wicki?
