Never were poor masses made to toil so much to keep happy so few political scoundrels – motor bikes for UPFA provincial councilors !

(Lanka-e-News- 17.Nov.2014, 11.00PM) Medamulana Rajapakses who introduced the lawless culture of offering bribes on a large scale pending elections had institutionalized this practice at the forthcoming Presidential elections .

Accordingly , even without making the official proclamation in regard to the Presidential election , the Rajapakses are conducting dansalas and giving dhanas (alms) daily to about 20,000 visitors at the Temple Trees, out of the public funds, as though poverty stricken people’s funds are their dowry monies. Besides , as revealed by Lanka e news yesterday , motor cycles are also being distributed by them to all the UPFA provincial councilors Island wide. This distribution took place at the Battaramulla Buddhadasa playground yesterday.

The UPFA provincial councilors from all corners of the country made a bee line to the playground where motor cycles in many thousands were parked , and collected their ‘bribes’

The photograph depicts UPFA Provincial councilors arriving in tippers and Cabs of the provincial councils meant for official use only, to carry away the Rajapakse election bribes.

The market price of a motor bike is over Rs. 150,000.00 but they are given to the UPFA councilors at Rs. 50,000.00 each , and that payment is through a relief loan provided by the National savings bank.

Was this not a PE campaign Managers idea to get the bribe from CHINA and its costs met by including it in the cost of the next Project handled by China? China has a concern on this early PE, but the people are given the one and only chance to decide wisely 2 yrs. ahead even with a declining popularity of the incumbent.
