However the fact that the Rajapakse family had also a ‘Royal abortion’ Doctor who was also very actively involved with them was not that well known, because with the aiding and abetting of Padeniyas and Muruthettuwe Anandas he was protected and covered . But now Lanka e news inside information division has been able to unravel the whole sordid truth and unsavory details with supporting evidence.
During the criminal corrupt Rajapakse era under their aegis ,Doctors like Padeniyas of the government medical officers association (GMOA) in collusion with Dr. Monics who were conducting illicit kidney business have also engaged in illicit abortion activities in association with this ‘Royal abortionist’ by the name of Randeniya , based on reports reaching Lanka e news inside information division.

Hereunder is the report with documented cogent evidence from the presidential investigation unit itself that exposes the most squalid and sordid conduct and political activities of the Rajapakses as well as the shameless vulgarities of sex starved Professor Cyril Randeniya In association with them.
A most confidential report of the Presidential investigation unit following its probe during the Rajapakse era was kept hidden at the presidential secretariat . Now Lanka e news inside information division is in possession of this report supported by evidence which exposes how rapists were safeguarded . The presidential investigation unit at that time has further disclosed that the president of the nurses association Muruththetuwe Ananda , a monk is involved in these crimes.
Following a complaint received by the presidential investigation unit regarding Cyril Randeniya the Gynaecologist cum neurologist professor of De Soysa women’s hospital , who is the official abortion doctor and is best known for being steeped in perverted sex and abnormal lust , a probe was conducted by Director General Thilak Iddamalgoda of the presidential investigation unit . The investigation conducted into the complaint based on 6 grounds , unearthed a number of most obscene and unspeakably vulgar details. One revelation relates to a most horrendous rape committed on a nurse. But what is most disgusting and dangerous than the rape is the crime committed by the Nurses association president Muruththetuwe Thera the robed monk . The latter has intervened and suppressed this most heinous crime committed on a member of his own association . Instead of acting on behalf of the victim this monk had acted on behalf of the criminals. The report of the chief of the presidential investigation unit makes mention of this concealment.
According to reports , it is professor Randeniya obsessed with perverted sex and full of mental dross , had done the abortions on a number of young women who fell prey to the base immoral conduct of the vulgar sons of Rajapakses . As a reciprocal gesture , Mahinda Rajapakse has intervened and via Murunththetuwe Thera suppressed the grave rape crime involving the nurse.
The wife of sex starved professor herself had revealed in Nugegoda court that Randeniya gives her sedatives to render her unconscious , and resorts to perverted and abnormal sex while she is in that state , and for his bed diet he has three more wives.
There are endless complaints against this sex starved pervert based on illegal abortions , but because Ranndeniya takes instant action to rescue the sons of Rajapakse in their emergencies following impregnations , no legal action was taken against him during the lawless brutal Rajapakse era.
The recommendations made in the presidential investigation report of Thilak Iddamalgoda clearly confirms how serious the accusations are based on the detections.
It is recommended in the report that Randeniya who has violated the oath of his medical profession and practice is not at all fit to be a medical professional ,and his registration with the medical board should be reviewed .Moreover the Attorney General as well as the child and women’s bureau had also been recommended to immediately take appropriate legal action against him with a view to meting out punishment. Therefore the GMOA mafia of Padeniya remaining deaf and blind to all these outrageous crimes against society and the profession committed by this sex starved pervert of a medical expert is most reprehensible and merits absolute condemnation.
The incumbent president Maithripala Sirisena after being installed in office has probed why the recommendation report dated 2012-12-28 of Iddamalgoda , the Director General of the presidential investigation unit received by the presidential secretariat on 2013-01-02 was not followed up . An officer who was associated with this subject had revealed , ex president Mahinda Rajapakse who saw the report had berated Iddamalgoda over the phone in the foulest and filthiest language , in keeping with the favorite habit . The ex president had also ordered Iddamalgoda to throw away the report and cease taking any further action. Subsequently , via phone Lalith Weratunge was informed to register Randeniya as a member of the medical board. Thereafter Randeniya became the Rajapakse family ‘Royal’ abortion doctor .
The letters sent to IGP , the secretary of Health, and the medical board, by Saman D. Waduge who was then the senior assistant secretary at the presidential secretariat , as well as the relevant recommendation report of Iddamalgoda are herein. Those documents can be read after magnification.

I saw Dr. Padeniya's speech and have a few comments. I don’t know about ECTA’s impacts on national security, but this is the health perspective according to my knowledge (because I left Sri Lanka in 2009). Outpatients Departments (OPD) in Sri Lankan hospitals work 8AM thru 4PM, and to receive treatments beyond those work hours, patients have to get admitted to hospital. A few years ago government wanted to provide 24/7 service from OPDs. That was a much easier task than providing an ambulance service, because 24/7 OPD required only extra work from health workers. Despite excess doctors in major cities (e.g., some doctors in Colombo work only 2 hours per week) and support from other health workers, GMOA didn't agree to do it. So, despite what Padeniya told, I don't believe they will provide an ambulance service to people. Another lie is his job offer from Texas. No state in the US provide "clinical" jobs to foreign doctors, including specialists (I'm not talking about research jobs), if they didn't complete the series of difficult US medical licensing exams; no exceptions.

Here is something for a public interest case - much more of benefit to society at large and should be
taken up by such an individual. The womens interest organisations too come under such kind of
husbands and their actions will be curbed and curtailed. The 25% women into politics is no way going
to make a change, some of who are already being harassed within the rightful place of work. Such
incidents during MRs time would have only created a file, over which MR would have twisted the offender in his usual modus-operandi. The IGP of all persons WILL have to reopen the matter before

Accordning to the enews report, this professor's brain has indeed gone haywire.It appears to any sane person that Randeniya, incidentally Ranammandis husband's benovolent sex advisor, has been blessed with neurological connections that are geared towards following just one track - illicit sex and and its end result - the prevention of its consequences by carrying out illegal abortions.
