| Student killings : Truth unfolds – it’s no accident , killed elsewhere |

 (Lanka-e-News- 05.Oct.2012, 10.00PM) Sources inside the police have made a shocking disclosure that the two student activists of the Inter University Council did not die in a hit and run accident , but they were killed in cold blood on a premeditated conspiracy.. They had been murdered at a different place by attacking them in their heads with heavy weapons. After killing, their bodies had been brought and deposited elsewhere to make it look as if they had met with an accident in a motor cycle and their helmets had knocked the object.
Hereunder are details :
The first information regarding these deaths that it was given to the Werellegama police post under the Gampaha police headquarters by a vehicle that had been traveling is an absolute lie. On the contrary , the first telephone call had been received by the Gampaha police headquarters. The information had been first given by an anonymous caller on the 27th at 4.40 at dawn . He had stated that at Imbulgoda , two individuals are lying fallen down and a motor cycle is in the vicinity. He had not told whether it was a vehicle accident or whether the victims were dead. At 4.45 a m . , the Gampaha police headquarters had informed the Werellagama police post that they had received information that there had been a vehicle accident on Kandy Road , Imbulgoda , and to conduct investigations.
In the Werellagama police post telephone register under No. 163 this phone call is recorded. Therein , it is mentioned that it is police sergeant 23355 ,R S B Perera who had recorded this at 4.45 a.m. What is most perplexing is , though the phone call to the Werelagama police post is on record , the first call to the Gampaha police headquarters had not been recorded. If the informant is reluctant to reveal his name to the police , that should have been noted. Yet , nothing in that connection is recorded in writing though those are most important and crucial.
Later it was SI Raveendra who left from the Werelagama police post to initiate investigations. He had made his records in the Police record book page 216 paragraph 235. That was at 5.30 a m. After reaching the vicinity of the police post , SI Raveendra has first recorded , based on what he saw that the victims had been murdered, and a motor cycle was lying fallen close by. This message he gave via the Motorola communication set was heard by many. This SI’s conclusion at first sight was these are murders .
The Gampaha police headquarters listening to the call had told to inspect the venue. SI Raveendra had replied , there is a motor cycle and two helmets in close vicinity , and both victims are dead. In other words it had been confirmed that they are already dead. If there was an accident at this place , the vehicles passing by would have first seen it . In that event the information would have been first passed to the Werelagama police post . Nothing of that sort had happened strangely.
Who is this individual who gave the first information to the Gampaha police headquarters before the Werelagama police was notified.?
Later ,S I Raveendra of the Werelagama police had told a shop cum residence close by that there are two dead bodies and asked for two gunny bags . T his is testimony that the students were already dead. The close by shopkeeper clearly told the media in no uncertain terms that he came to know that there was an accident only after the police told him. If there was such a serious fatal accident , surely they should have heard the crash , the neighbors had added. They had been surprised over this ‘secret accident’ .These individuals who revealed these facts to the media pertaining to the accident that occurred on the 27th September were summoned to record their statements only on the 2nd of October. At the police they had not been allowed to read their statements written by the police before placing their signatures.
Sources within the police say , the record states that the collision of the bike with the post was at a height of about one and half feet above the ground , it is the view of these sources that in such a hit and run accident that could not be the case. If the impact had been one and half feet above, there is no record anywhere to explain how the helmets could have been so damaged , and the heads of the two students could have got smashed this much . When examining the bike it was clear only the tank has been dented. Moreover, if the accident was so grave for two persons to die so violently , at least the spokes of the bike should have been damaged . Hence the police inside sources strongly suspect foul play of the worst order. |

The same sources strongly believe taking into consideration all the circumstances that the students had been murdered elsewhere and the bodies had been brought and dropped at the place the accident had supposedly occurred .
The other piece of information seeping out is from the MaRa regime itself. It is a well and widely known fact that it was MaRa’s kudu Duminda Silva M P who was an underworld leader who had around him assassins whom he hired out for Govt. murder contracts. |

After kudu Duminda became an invalid , the Govt. fearing that the hired assassins would leak out information , began abducting them in the white Van after dispatching Kudu Duminda to Singapore. They went missing . Karate Dhammika was one such top notch assassins. The only one who escaped and was saved by the regime was the underworld member ‘Rail para Sanjeewa’ ,the golaya (underling) of Karate Dhammika . He worked first for Prince Kolom . Because he lived by the side of the railway line close to the garden of Prince Kolom , he was dubbed ‘rail para Sanjeewa’. After Prince Kolom’s death , Sanjeewa joined Karate Dhammika in the underworld activities.
After kudu Duminda gives orders to Karate Dhammika , it is Sanjeewa who completes the contract. Consequently , Sanjeewa was held in high esteem by kudu Duminda. Namal Rajapakse became a close pal of Sanjeewa via this link. During last Parliament elections , Namal had openly visited the garden of rail para Sanjeewa along with kudu Duminda over five times , and had met Sanjeewa. It is noteworthy Namal had not visited any other place as many times as he had visited Sanjeewa during the elections. Moreover , he had visited him away from the public gaze on many occasions. This was why Sanjeewa was saved even when Dhammika was abducted and killed. DIG Anura Senanayake who is infamous for doing all the sordid biddings of the regime , attempted to save rail para Sanjeewa by placing him in remand custody through Anura Silva of the CID. It was planned to have Sanjeewa remanded on charges relating to drugs , whereby his life could be saved.
However as this plan leaked out to others , the task was entrusted to the narcotics division. Sanjeewa was finally remanded on drug charges. Rail para Sanjeewa is fully aware that he is the undisputed underworld leader after all his bosses who groomed him had departed permanently . He is therefore ready to descend to any level or do any criminal contract on behalf of the Rajapakses.
Rail para Sanjeewa had carried out many killer contracts at the behest of the regime. Even before Baratha was killed , the close associates of Baratha were killed by Rail para Sanjeewa. He is also a close pal of Mervyn Silva and S B Dissanayake. Sanjeewa and Karate Dhammika were introduced to a high rung security division officer at Dissanayake’s home when he was the Minister of Samurdhi. There had been rumors afloat that once , S B Dissanayake was enraged when his brother took a different political decision. The former had at that time tried to kill his brother on a fake accident.
Rail para Sanjeewa who was responsible for so many alleged murders was released from remand on the 10th of September on the initiative of Anura Senanayake. According to inside sources of the regime , the regime was furious over the discharge of Sanjeewa Bandara,the Inter University convener by the courts in spite of police protests. Specially S B Dissanayake was most fretful and fuming. The regime conspired and gave the contract to Sanjeewa the regime’s oldest underworld associate to eliminate the Inter University convener and to teach the Courts a bitter lesson . On the night of the murders two PSD jeeps and two motor cycles that were seen at the scene were to give cover and protection to Rail para Sanjeewa , sources within claim.
In this murder committed , it was the aim of the regime to kill Sanjeewa by a fake accident but what actually occurred were the murders of two innocent students. Lanka e news as always is diligently pursuing this issue with a view to bringing the factual story behind these ghastly murders. International media too are toeing our line.
Regime’s blood stained hands are also being exposed by the media . In the circumstances , Rail para Sanjeewa who is directly involved in these murders has to be rescued or he must be bumped off for the regime to save its skin. But , it is now learnt that Sanjeewa had gone missing while at Kataragama. A relative of his has made a complaint to the police to this effect , reports say. Some other unofficial sources say , he had been made to escape to another country. However , based on information passed by the airport authorities to Lanka e news , there is no confirmation by them that the underworld member Sanjeewa had left the shores of SL. |
