| DIG in raging usury business: over Rs. 20 million lent to underworld criminals |

 (Lanka-e-News-05.Aug.2012, 5.00PM) In the wake of our report two days ago captioned ‘ I will shoot your head to smithereens –Anura Senanayake the DIG slave openly threatens Municipal council member’, Lanka e news is deluged with copious most obnoxious information on this DIG slave. But today we will just confine ourselves to a single atom of it :
One of the main occupations of this DIG is lending money on interest . This slave of a DIG who receives large sums of illicit kickbacks while being engaged in suppressing underworld criminals , is re deploying them in usury. By lending money to the underworld criminals he is further multiplying his income.
One of his subordinates whom he uses in the service of his usury business is senior SP McCarthy Perera . Because this usury obsessed DIG is using the police vehicles for developing his usury business , he is operating a racket in regard to the official fuel supply to police vehicles . After filling the tanks of police trucks he is transferring the fuel to his tractors from Kandy . One of the trucks that was used for this purpose had disappeared without a trace. The number of that truck is 61-7080 . This DIG ‘makady’ Anura Senanayake who is fully aware of all these rackets is giving full protection to McCarthy Perera his abettor , and carrying on his usury business.
The amount of money given on interest to Colombo underworld criminals and businessmen exceeds Rs. 20 million. It is specially noteworthy that about Rs. Five million had been invested in this usury business through McCarthy Perera by ‘Makady’ Senanayake .

Based on the latest reports , Makady Senanayake is moving heaven and earth to get his brother in law (wife’s brother) Liyanage who is the OIC of Seeduwa police station transferred to Colombo with a view to expand his usury and other illicit businesses in Colombo..
It is a pity that even when it is abundantly clear that the two brothers in law (rather police outlaws ) are getting ready to create an ‘official’ Mafia operation in Colombo abusing their official positions to the detriment of the country and the people , the poor IGP is crippled and silenced because these outlaws are enjoying the patronage of the most demonic godfather , Gotabaya .
