| Film Corporation Chairman ‘Sexasinghe’ wreaking havoc on the fairer sex staff |

 (Lanka-e-News- 25.July.2012, 11.55 PM) Asoka Serasinghe , the Chairman of the Film Corporation who was chased away earlier for inefficiency and not performing his duties in the best interests of the country and being anti Govt. ,has somehow managed crawl back into his position to resume his ‘erection’ duties in the worst direction of the female staff working under him.
While the whole Govt. is being blamed in the present climate of rapes and sexual crimes in the country, having this ‘Sexasinghe’ in the post of Chairman of a very important Film Industry is to court disaster to every female staff member of the corporation and a disgrace for the Govt. It is being questioned by all why did this sex maniac move heaven and earth to come back to the same Corporation ? Obviously because his appetite , has grown on what filth he has been feeding on.
The irony of this whole exercise is this Sexasinghe delivers sermons on moral values after using his ‘sexaphone ‘ in the immoral direction. His erections and ‘sexaphones’ would not have bothered anybody, if he had confined their use within his personal and private limits.. But his abuse of them officially is most shameful and disgraceful. It is also a reflection on the President of the country who is professedly trying to clean up the current sexually contaminated environment of SL . Being the highest in the hierarchy in the country he is certainly answerable for all the obscene and corrupt activities, particularly when Chairmen of important corporations misbehave.
The President and his Govt. should focus attention on the fact that when these Govt. sector higher ups are engaging in this morally ‘squalid’ activities in office , it is just a rare case that gets exposed , for many of the victims do not wish to expose their victimization and sexual harassment on account of the stigma attaching to them if they reveal, though this low level ‘coolie’ male species though occupying high positions don’t care two hoots for honorable conduct or the ladies they are seducing .
Reverting to Sexasinghe’s exploits , we wish to reveal just a few of the so many as space does not permit :
Sexasinghe’s involvement with the legal officer in his Corporation is common knowledge. One day , an employee had gone to his room after 4.30 pm to hand over the keys . To the shock and dismay of this employee the sight that greeted him was too lurid for him even to reveal - this Sexasinghe who is a chairman and ought to be setting an example to others was instead in a compromising position with the legal officer . Of course this would not have mattered if the two had been in bed together in their own private apartments . But , here right in front when the office has still not closed , Sexasinghe ‘s lust had overtaken his patience so much so that he could not wait until after office. He had immediately thereafter introduce a rule that nobody should enter his room unannounced. For the services rendered , the legal officer was promoted as DGM after misleading the Board of Directors , and flouting all promotion procedures.

In other words , she is receiving benefits at the expense of public funds for privately gratifying the illicit lust of her Chairman , Sexasinghe.
Next , Sexasinghe set his eyes on another staff member of the fairer sex . She was a lady engineer . He had tried to lure her into his trap , by enlightening her on the immense advantages she is going to gain by her association with him. He had also offered her a scholarship and promised to take her to Pune. University, India. However she had not fallen into his trap. Since she had rejected his advances , he had begun ill treating and harassing her culminating in her being transferred to the Sarasavi studio located away from Colombo.

In her place he appointed a person who joined the NFC as a laborer with just grade 8 qualification.
The Chairman who is most vindictive when he cannot get what he wants based on his erection to spite his victim whom he failed to trap. This new appointee is a close crony of the chairman with an eye for selfish benefits at the expense of Corporation interests.
He did not stop at this , Sexasinghe whose direction of duties is governed by his erection had started trailing behind the acting Manageress of the stores and supplies division. But to his disappointment , the manageress who is upright ,soft spoken , decent and popular had repulsed him .Being educated , this Chairman was rejected on his very first approach. Smarting under this disgrace as the entire Corporation came to know of this episode ,he set about wreaking revenge on her . She stopped inviting her for the official and crucial meetings , and openly insulted and castigated her . Later he saw to it that she is transferred to a dusty corner where she did not have a proper place to sit.
It may be argued that the Chairman’s misbehaviors with the fairer sex are personal, but what is irking the entire staff and impeding the entire Corporation progress , leave alone the persecution of the fairer sex who rejected him is, this Sexasinghe ‘s whole time obsession with chasing after women to the detriment of the Corporation’s progress. It is the consensus of all that from the moment Sexasinghe sits at the table , he is looking for a new victim to spill his sex starvation or vent his spleens on those potential victims who had insulted him by rejecting his improper advances. In other words he is fully occupied mentally and physically in that direction with his unceasing erection.
It is being asked why the President who should be aware of all these news highlights about him doing nothing , even after being aware that he was found faltering and chased out once before. Shouldn’t attention be focused on the question , why this Chairman who was booted out cringe and crawl and come back to the same Corporation ? In Govt. sector history , it has been proved time and again , that when a chairman or higher up does not wish to leave his post or be transferred there is room for suspicion, for he has something to hide which will be exposed when a successor takes over, or he has strong motive to cover up the so many skeletons in his cupboard. So, it is the plea of the NFC staff to the President to please intervene , make an impartial inquiry with a view to removing Sexasinghe before the whole Corporation is made a place of unbearable stench and squalor , in which case , it will not be Sexasinghe , but the President who will be blamed for being indifferent to this state o affairs even after all these exposures . A cursory investigation will cost nothing but is worth much , as it had always been in the past with State sector Institutions.
Incidentally , to cover up all his putrid and obscene activities , he had framed charges against his victims with whom he was unsuccessful alleging frauds committed by them , it is learnt , so that they would fear to talk out his sex starved conduct.
