| Tangalla judge greets and treats notorious criminal Amare in court like a Prince consort |

 (Lanka-e-News-20.June.2012, 11.55PM) Geeganage Amarasena alias Julampitiya Amare who is the suspect in the double murder at Katuwana with enough eye witnesses to testify, and the hunting dog of Rajapakses who is milk fed by them had surrendered to the Tangalla high court on the 19th . He was remanded by the court. It is widely questioned across the entire country and by all sections of the society why Amare was not arrested by the police despite there being eye witnesses. It is the previous warrants issued on him by the court in regard to his numerous crimes that had prompted him to surrender , reports say.
When this Rajapakse murderous hunting dog surrendered to the Tangalla courts on the 19th, he was not treated as a most wanted criminal , but rather as a Prince consort with the judge himself cringing before him as though a god has descended from heavens , court sources revealed.
Though there are over 15 cases against this Amare before this Tangalla judge, Chandrasena Rajapaksha the latter never takes up these cases for trial. Though warrants are issued this judge has never pursued the legal course beyond that. This fudge of a judge had only been issuing warnings. He had never taken the sureties of Amare into custody for the latter not attending courts.
When this notorious underworld criminal surrendered to court on the 19th , this judge remanded him only for a day . Can you beat that ?

The age of this unscrupulous judge who associates with criminals is 59 years. He is due for retirement within a year. After retirement he is aspiring to be a high court Commissioner. But the Court judges Association has forwarded a memorandum that retired judges should not be appointed to these posts and that had been approved ..
Hence , if this judge Chandrasena Rajapakse is to get this appointment , President Rajapakse himself must appoint him. Chandrasena had found in this Rajapakse’s hunting dog Amare the right link to MaRa . This dog has promised to the judge that he would secure for him the post of High court Commissioner . This is why the judge even when seated on the sacrosanct judicial bench crawled like a dog before the Rajapakse hunting dog, making criminal Amare look a god.
An individual in the court speaking to Lanka e news on this sordid stinking triangle involving the President , the judge and the criminal said , the stench emanating from it is worse than that from the worst garbage bin.
